What the body can do, I can train it! The goal is to develop agility and flexibility on a daily basis, for every day tasks. To do this, I am taking exercices from acrobatic sports using mostly the body weight, so it's easy to do these at home.
Progressive, adaptive, constant training, intensive (no pain no gain), stretch, flex and fitness, in all axes, doing all gestual, at all speed... those are the principles I use in my training.
